
Fitness is not about being perfect. It’s about effort. And when you implement that effort into your life, every single day, transformation is bound to happen. That’s where growth occurs.
When the task at hand seems insurmountable, and you think about quitting, that’s when you have to push even harder. The struggle you go through today will be the strength you need tomorrow.
