Most people that start a fitness program QUIT. What about you? maybe you’re just not feeling it, or are struggling to stay motivated. But you’re here right? You’re on a fitness blog, trying to learn, trying to find motivation to stay on the path. Don’t be “most people”.
Find something that you love to do – even if it takes awhile to find, but be commited to the search. When you’ve found it, surround yourself with people who will support your goals, maybe even partake in them with you. Stay the course and realize that you’re not alone!
