
Never forget, this journey of fitness is not about seeking perfection. The perfect body is the one that you’re most comfortable in – no matter the shape. You should be seeking progress – are you lifting a little more than last week? Are you doing an extra repetition in your sets? Maybe running your mile a few seconds faster, or a little further. Maybe your diet is a little better this week than it was last week. Perfection is a dream, dont chase dreams, chase a reality that is guided by your dreams. As long as you’re progressing toward your goals, then that’s enough.
