
Last week, my wife wrote about how important you are, even though it may not always seem that way, so this week, I wanted to ask you “Who are you inspiring today?”
It may not always seem to be the case, and it may even sound crazy to you, but trust me, you ARE inspiring someone if you’re committed to your health and fitness. Whether you’re at the gym, and people are looking at you and thinking “Damn, I want to be as strong/fast/good as that person” or “Wow! Look at them out here pushing themselves to be better/faster/stronger”, I promise you, you are helping someone on their journey just by pursuing your own.
