Our bodies are designed to move, and our brains are designed to think. If you want to stay young, then you’d better be using both to your fullest potential. You are like a river, as long as you’re flowing and moving, then you’ll be strong, but as soon as you stagnate, that’s when you start to stink. Keep moving and thinking, be the best you that you can be!
