Tonight we had a newbie in our crew join us for class. He did a great job coming into an already established group that have been working together for some time. As an outsider, that can seem intimidating and overwhelming. But, he kept pushing, and it was inspiring to me. At the end of class, we congratulated one another for making it through class and he said, “I just wanna get in shape like you guys.”

An important lesson I’ve learned in my 40+ years is that we rise by lifting others. Never underestimate the power of a smile, a good morning text, a sincere apology, a fist bump, or a random compliment.
There are people in your life whom you unknowingly inspire simply by being you.
There’s no need to be perfect to inspire others. Let people be inspired by how you flourish despite your imperfections.
Great post 🙂
