If you listen to your body when it whispers, you won’t have to hear it scream. Your body is like the quiet talker with the most important thing to say.

Motivational Monday: Ain’t no shame in the Modification Game!
After missing last week due to severe pain issues, I was determined not to miss tonight. BUT, I also told myself that I needed to modify, as to not injure myself.
Every day YOU HAVE A CHOICE.
You can either throw in the towel and give up OR You can use it to wipe the sweat off your face and KEEP GOING!
Your biggest challenge isn’t someone else. It’s the ache in your lungs; the burning in your legs; and the demon voice inside you that yells “can’t”, but you choose not to listen.
It’s amazing what you can accomplish when you give yourself permission to let all the bullshit go. Your past. Your fears. Your negativity. Your inner demons. Your excuses.
